456b Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using any part of the 456b platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the 456b Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 456b platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person accessing the site from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction where use of the platform is not expressly prohibited. 456b reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To register and maintain an active account on 456b, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 456b strictly prohibits the use of its services by anyone under the age of 21.
• You must register as an individual in your own name. Corporate accounts or accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 456b account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a voluntary exclusion agreement with 456b or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.

456b reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the player lifecycle — including at the point of withdrawal — and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility criteria are not met. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

456b supports BDT deposits and withdrawals via local mobile financial services. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the 456b platform.

Deposits

• Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or other payment methods displayed at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• 456b reserves the right to decline a deposit from any payment source at its discretion, including in cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 456b account within minutes. If a deposit does not appear after 30 minutes, contact 456b support via the official channel on the site.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and volume.
• 456b reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting documentary evidence of identity, source of funds, or payment method ownership.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of the bonus or associated winnings can be processed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 456b platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of organised wagering designed to exploit platform odds or bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the 456b platform in a manner not consistent with normal human use.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate 456b transaction with a payment provider without first contacting 456b support.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, or engaging in any activity that compromises the security or integrity of the 456b platform.

456b employs fraud detection systems that monitor platform activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. 456b reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 456b shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's voluntary decision to wager, including losses arising from games of chance or sports betting outcomes.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service due to technical failures, maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure outages, or events outside 456b's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 456b platform, even if 456b has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any data loss, breach, or unauthorised access resulting from circumstances beyond 456b's reasonable control, provided that 456b has implemented industry-standard security measures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 456b platform shall first be submitted to 456b's customer support team for informal resolution. 456b aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
